In addition to the standard e, globe and check products which are produced for stock or in standard manufacturing batches to order in austenitic and duplex stainless steels, YPS Langley also offer a low volume manufacturing route which is suitable for special products with the capablity to produce a single piece.

By collaborating with a local dedicated valve foundry we are able to offer virtually any iron or nickel alloy to a very high level of integrity. Typical examples of this work include products in difficult to machine and cast alloys such as Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B and Inconel 625 (registered trademarks) also high integrity cast valves in duplex, superduplex and superaustenitic materials.Titanium and zirconium have recently been added to the range Special design to order valves are also produced.
