Wafer check valve now available

YPS is pleased announce the addition of a wafer check valve to its comprehensive range of products for the off shore oil industry.

The dual plated check valve is designed and manufactured by YPS in accordance with API594, from raw materials which are sourced exclusively from UK forges and foundries.

The valve is available in a range of materials and in sizes range from 2'' nb to 24'' nb and pressure rating 150 to 1500lb.

Rachel Wormald said: 'Since YPS was launched in 1972 we have been supplying petrochemical plants, oil refineries, power generation plants and off shore sites with a range of valves to meet their specific requirements.

'Our experience in manufacturing high integrity, high quality valves that work under extreme conditions is further demonstrated with the introduction of the wafer check valve to our product range.''
